Job Summary
Provide support to the sales staff while building rapport with clients and potential clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist sales department with administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage and build relationships with customers and future customers.
- Provide customers and sales department with information regarding products, production, and ordering procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Ability to identify customer needs and concerns.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in sales or customer service.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office products.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and walking.
Quiet office environment with occasional exposure to plant where there will be exposure to dust, fumes, smoke, gases, or other irritating substances.
